You have to meet the 7 days cooling-off period before we can grant the buyer an OTP
HDB will verify the information provided and notify you of the acceptance of the application via SMS. The application status will also be updated in the portal.
We will be notified via SMS to endorse the documents on the portal within 6 days from SMS notification
Fees can be paid by Credit Card,
You will be notified via SMS when HDB’s approval letter is posted on the portal.
You will be informed via SMS on the appointment to complete the transaction.
1% Option Fee to be paid by Buyers
4% Option Monies to be paid by Buyers
